To be able to solve the problem as quickly as possible, please proceed as follows:
> take photo's of the carton/pallet the product is in. When the packing is damaged, also take a clear photo of the damaged part of the carton/pallet.
> take photo's of the product itself and make sure the damage is clearly visible.
> Send us a message via this form and add your photo's. Make sure we receive your message within 48 hours after receipt of the goods.
