One or more items have not been delivered. What should I do?

 

If an item is missing from your delivery, please check on the packing slip if the items are on backorder. When they are in backorder, the items were out of stock and will be added to your next delivery as soon as we have new stock.

It can also happen that one or more cartons or pallets that are mentioned on the packing slip are delayed. In most cases that means that the forwarder has split up the shipment and will complete the delivery within two days. You can check the track&trace link to follow the shipment and prepare receipt.

When there are no backorders and all cartons or pallets have been delivered and you are still missing some items, then please contact us as within two days via this form
