How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is packed and ready for pick-up by our carrier, you will receive two emails.
The first e-mail has the subject "Your order is ready for shipment" and has the packing slip attached. On this packing slip you can see which items in your order are on their way.
The second e-mail has the subject 'Your order is on its way' and contains the track & trace links of the boxes that are on their way. If your shipment consists of multiple boxes, you will also see multiple links so you can track each box separately.
Please note: the track&trace website will only show details of the shipment as per the next day.
Brandstore users can also see the track & trace links in the My account/ Order history section.
