Sometimes a shipment is split up in two parts because:
> products are in backorder
This means that some items you ordered were out of stock at time of ordering. We keep the purchased quantities in backorder so you don't have to place antother order. As soon as the missing products are back in stock we add them to your next delivery. On your order confirmation you can see which order lines have a different shipping date.
> cartons or pallets from 1 shipment sometimes are loaded in different vehicles
Each carton and pallet has it's own shipping label with barcode. We cannot quarantee that all cartons or pallets from one shipment are loaded in the same vehicles during transport. Therfore, it might happen that you receive your order in for example two parts. However, when 2 days after the first delivery you still don't have the remaining part, contact us via this form
