As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive a PDF order confirmation via email. The confirmation contains the expected shipping date. Depending on the distance from our warehouse in The Netherlands to your delivery location, it may take 1-6 days before you will receive your goods.
Many customers work with transport routes and cut off days, which in some cases can be found at the Brandstore at the sheet 'Cut-off schedule.
If this applies to your store, please carefully consider your route and cut off day/time to make sure that we have your order before we start processing your route. Your next route might be one or two weeks away and we don't want you to run out of your consumables or charge you with extra fees for an express delivery.
