When you succesfully completed your order, your weborder number appears on your screen ánd you immediately receive an email as well.
When the confirmation screen does not appear and there's no email, then somehting went wrong during the ordering process and there is no order. Please check your account section as well. When you cannot find the order you wanted to place, you know for sure something went wrong and Worldpack does not have your order. There's nothing left than to try again.
Do you have a confirmation from the webshop and do you see the order in your Brandstore account, but have not received the email containing the official order confirmation in PDF format? Then contact us via this form
