Your order status can be found in My Account -> Purchase -> Order History, as shown below:
For example your order status can be:
New > order placed and registered on the Brandstore
Pending > your order is in the Worldpack system and waiting to be processed
Shipped > the order is processed and the shipment is offered to our freight forwarder. When Track&Trace is enabled in your account, you will also find the track&trace links here.
Invoiced > the invoice is send according to the agreed payment method, calendar and address.
When you pay online using Adyen payments, then you will also find status updates about your payment here.
