Adjusting an order is possible when you notify us in time:  All orders are being processed according to contractual agreements, and as such, many customers have a cut-off date with a transport route. We must receive your changes well before the cut-off date. Unfortunaly, once the processing of your route has started, you cannot change or cancel anything and your order will be sent out.
